Medical device unique identification UDI code generation online printing software

We need to prepare a computer with Windows 10 system version or above, search online for HCreateLabelView software, download it and register to run it. The software supports free trial.

This software supports one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code, RFID encoding and design, and also supports UDI label design and online preview. Online printing is easy to operate. Today we will demonstrate the operation of gs1-code128/datamatrixer QR code of UDI code.

one. label design

We open the software, set the label template that needs to be printed, and select label printing (normal printers are also supported)

Label printing also supports cloud printing; template import printing; template design; label design; and other functions are available for selection.

two. UDI code production

1 We click the barcode icon in the editing template,

2 Select the barcode we need to create. For the UDI code we demonstrate this time, select the medical code; GS128 code/GS1 Datamatrix code, and click Confirm.

3. In the barcode data settings, enter the DI part of the UDI code, manufacturer identification code, product code, and verification code, which are automatically generated by the system.

4. Enter the UDI code PI part of the information on the right, production batch number (10); generation date (11); expiration date (17); product serial number (21); internal information (91)

5. The software supports the automatic generation of variable data, and the product serial number can automatically generate the product serial number of the smallest unit.

6. Confirm that all the information of the medical device UDI code has been entered. Click Confirm to print the UDI code we created.
