2. All entrances and exits of the scenic area are equipped with gate passages and implement one-person-one-ticket admission management.


3. All reservations, including reservations for conference groups and hotel groups from travel agencies and marketing departments, are sent to the central finance in the form of OA orders. After the central finance confirms that payment has been received for the order, it will notify the reservation center, which will then Notify hotels, conference halls, restaurants and other departments in the form of OA slips to achieve paperless reservation management.


4. All hotel restaurants, shopping malls, mobile games, and hot springs in the scenic area implement a unified consumption system. For hotel guests and long-term recuperation guests in the scenic area, they can use their hotel room card to swipe their cards at consumption points in the scenic area. Registered members can use their membership cards to make purchases, realizing an all-in-one card for consumption within the scenic area.


5. Aboriginal people in the scenic area use card swiping to enter and leave the scenic area. Each person has an rfid IC card. The card has a photo of the aboriginal person, which can be compared when entering and leaving.


6. Guests recuperating in the scenic area shall use fingerprints and rfid IC cards to enter and exit the scenic area.


7. For ordinary tourists, go to each ticket office and buy a barcoded paper ticket now. When entering the park, swipe the barcode and go through the gate to enter the park.


2. Establish CRS system, that is, central reservation system


By connecting the systems of various departments in the scenic area, we help the central finance, reservation center, planning and adjustment center, sales management department, hotel front desk, conference hall management department, restaurant management department to realize reservations for scenic area tickets, hotel rooms, conference halls and other projects. And the information is distributed to relevant departments through OA, realizing paperless information management among various departments in the scenic spot.


3. Establish a complete e-commerce platform
