Introduction to the application of RFID linen tags in hotels

High-temperature washing management of hotel sheets, quilt covers, towels, etc., fabric items has always been one of the important standards for measuring the hygienic management conditions of a hotel. Every time a guest checks out, all toiletries and bedding in the guest room must undergo a strict high-temperature washing and disinfection process. However, because there are so many guest rooms in the hotel, every time when these sheets, quilt covers, towels, and other items are washed, because there are too many, a large amount of fabrics are mixed together after cleaning, which causes a lot of trouble in the classification work. Some special supplies need to be classified, washed and disinfected, which can easily cause great trouble to logistics work.

Introduction to the application of RFID linen tags in hotels

Traditional manual management methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to errors when dealing with these logistical tasks. In response to this pain point, we use RFID radio frequency technology to produce an RFID electronic tag that can be installed in fabrics and can withstand high-temperature water washing and disinfection. This RFID electronic tag is sewn on various fabrics and combined with RFID reading. With the writer and management system, we can quickly carry out inventory and classification, which greatly reduces the workload of hotel Logistics Management, ensures the hygiene of the hotel, and improves the guest's stay experience.

So how does this RFID linen tag work? Next, I will briefly introduce the application of linen in hotel logistics work. Because of its cloth material, this kind of fabric-like electronic tag can be sewn into the lining of clothes, sheets, quilt covers, and towels. Its thin and soft texture will not affect the use experience of these products. At the same time, this linen label can withstand high temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius and water washing, and can be reused up to 200 times under such industrial-level washing conditions. At the end of its service life, we can remove it and replace it with a new linen label easily. Based on the RFID information inside each linen tag, we can distinguish these linen-tagged items in the system. Combined with a mobile handheld machine, classification and inventory work can be completed quickly, and the efficiency is greatly improved.
