Intelligent RFID electronic ticket system

1 background

Due to the rapid development of the tourism service industry, traditional attraction ticketing systems are facing many problems, such as fake tickets, favor tickets, expired tickets, etc. These problems can be solved by using RFID electronic ticket systems.

2 System introduction

RFID ticket anti-counterfeiting technology is a ticket identification technology based on radio frequency technology. The RFID chip is embedded in the ticket. When entering, the ticket holder only needs to put the ticket on the ticket scanner, and the system will automatically read the information on the ticket to achieve quick admission.

The RFID electronic ticket system consists of three parts:

Tag (RF card): It is composed of coupling components and chips. The tag contains a built-in antenna for communication with the RF antenna.

Reader: A device that reads (and can also write in a read-write card) tag information.

Antenna: Passes radio frequency signals between tags and readers.

Some systems are also connected to an external computer (host computer system) through the reader interface for data exchange.

Hardware equipment: Hardware equipment mainly consists of three parts, namely personnel card tags (RFID passive tags), RFID monitoring equipment (RFID Readers and handheld devices) and hardware auxiliary equipment (servers, switches, wired LAN, wireless LAN point).

Software system: including monitoring software and management software. (1) Management software: Customize corresponding business management software according to actual business needs. (2) Monitoring software: Receive and process data collected from RFID devices, and complete data processing according to specific monitoring requirements, including visual management, data statistics, query, storage or sharing, etc.

4.1 How the system operates

·Ticket Management Center: Install the core equipment of the system, including ticket system data server, system maintenance terminal, data query and statistics terminal, data network equipment, etc.

·Ticketing equipment for each scenic spot: Set up relatively centralized ticketing points in each scenic spot to sell RFID tickets for this scenic spot or networked scenic spots, so as to maximize the convenience of tourists in the ticketing process. At the same time, the system can set up online ticket sales points in cities and other places where needed to meet the needs of different tourists.

·Ticket check-in equipment at the entrance of each scenic spot: Install a number of ticket check-in equipment at the entrance of each scenic spot to enable tourists to enter the park through Library-self-service-borrowing-and-returning-machine-source-manufacturer-UHF-touch-screen-borrowing-and-returning-machine.html target='_blank'>self-service check-in with valid RFID tickets. The ticket inspection equipment can automatically give out sound and light prompts to facilitate ticket inspectors to supervise the type and validity of RFID tickets held by tourists, and to prevent invalid tickets such as invalid tickets, expired tickets, and used tickets from being mixed into the park.

·The system also supports mobile handheld RFID ticket checking machines for ticket checking. The handheld ticket checking machines can be used to check tickets in irregular places such as transportation vehicles, cable cars, and temporary entrances and exits in the park.

4.2 Ticket sales and inspection system

The ticket sales and check-in systems installed at various attractions have basically the same structure. The ticket office is composed of ticket computers, RFID ticket sales equipment, etc.; the ticket checking system is composed of passage gates, ticket checking machines installed inside the gates, and ticket checking servers; each attraction is equipped with a server to process the ticket sales and checking of this attraction. Data can be uploaded and downloaded from the superior management system at the same time.

·Attraction ticketing system

Ticket sales points can be set according to the needs of users. The number and location of ticket sales points are relatively flexible and determined according to the needs of system operation.

Each ticket point is equipped with several ticket windows, and each ticket window is equipped with a ticket computer and RFID ticket machine. RFID tickets are initialized, data read and written, and encrypted when sold. If necessary, a printer can be configured to print visual information on the ticket: ticket type, sale date, validity date, ticket number, etc.

·Attraction ticket check-in system

Visitors enter the park with RFID tickets. When a ticket is sold, the RFID chip in the ticket has already written the relevant information of the ticket: ticket type information, ticket sale date, ticket validity period, the code of the attraction that is allowed to enter, the code of the attraction that has been entered, etc. The internal data of the system. When a tourist enters an attraction, the entrance ticket machine recognizes that the ticket is valid, sets the entered attraction mark, and allows entry into the park. This information is Stored in both the RFID ticket and the attraction ticket check machine. The ticket check machine automatically records all ticket data entering this attraction, and uploads the data to the ticket management center through the network for recording.

Since the RFID ticket also contains information about the attractions that have been entered and those that have not been entered, the ticket checking machine can correctly determine whether the checked ticket is allowed to enter the park even if the network is blocked.

When a tourist purchases a package ticket or selects an attraction ticket, all the attractions in the ticket have been visited, or the validity period of the ticket has expired. The ticket machine will not allow the ticket to enter any attraction, and the ticket has become invalid.

Ticket center management

·Ticket management: This system can realize the unified storage of basic ticket information, such as performance name, venue, ticket price, discount, issuance date, etc.; provide information to assist the reasonable arrangement of ticket windows, conductors, etc.; comprehensively record the number and number of pre-received tickets. Recipients.

·Data collection and settlement: Collect various ticketing information from the ticket sales and ticket inspection system; sort and settle the performance on the day or for each performance.

·Equipment and system management: information, authorization and configuration management and maintenance of equipment; authorization and maintenance of system operators. Comprehensive statistics and inquiries: on-site statistics on ticket sales for different events and time periods; inquiry statistics based on ticket sales time, ticket sales location, ticket sales type, admission status, etc.; statistics and inquiries on income for each show, daily, and monthly; print out each event Statistical reports of various data.

RFID ticket anti-counterfeiting technology can not only improve admission efficiency, but also effectively prevent problems such as counterfeit tickets and reused tickets. In traditional ticket anti-counterfeiting methods, manual inspection of tickets or the use of QR codes and other technologies are generally used, but these methods are easy to be counterfeited and are less efficient. RFID ticket anti-counterfeiting technology can effectively solve these problems.
