Site identification: Install the RFID tag above the electroplating tank, and install the electroplating RFID card reader on the electroplating carriage. When the electroplating truck is performing electroplating operations, it will automatically identify the RFID tag when passing the electroplating tank, locate its position in real time according to different site tags, and collect the information of the electroplating tank at the same time. If the information is consistent, it will control the deceleration and stop above the corresponding electroplating tank. Perform electroplating operations.


Information collection: When the RFID tag enters the working range of the electroplating RFID Reader, the RFID reader will automatically collect the information of the RFID tag, and at the same time upload the collected information to the management system for entry, and record the time of electroplating and the type of electroplating , electroplating process and other information.


Life cycle management: Paste the RFID tag on the electroplating rack, and install the electroplating RFID reader on the corresponding workbench/work node. When the electroplating rack carrying the RFID tag enters the working range of the electroplating RFID reader, the RFID reader will obtain the RFID tag information on the electroplating rack in real time, record and upload the relevant information of the electroplating rack to the management system. Record the type of electroplating rack, the number of plating times, the plating time and other relevant information, and manage the entire life cycle of the electroplating rack to avoid the reduction of good electroplated products due to damage to the electroplating rack.
