After the tag is bound to the clothing, the RFID Reader is first used to read the tag to ensure that the tag works normally, laying a solid foundation for subsequent inventory management.


3.2 Automated process of production and packing


According to the production task order issued by the system, the label printer retrieves the task order data (such as the name, number of pieces, style, color, etc. of the clothing) and prints the corresponding label according to the number of boxes (for example, 10 products in one box). The label can store the information corresponding to 10 products (including relevant information such as style and color), or it can exist in the form of a number formulated by the manufacturer, which corresponds to the product information in the background database as an information bridge. Carry out the boxing according to the established quantity, and stick the printed label on the box with the clothing to realize the automated management of the packing information.


3.3 Efficient operation of clothing warehousing


The packed clothing is scanned and put into the warehouse through the RFID identification channel machine at the warehouse entrance, and the data of the warehousing is checked to see if it is correct. RFID technology has the advantage of multi-tag identification. Whether it is a single box or multiple boxes, it can realize fast and accurate information collection, and can link the system to check and print the list of products entering the warehouse, greatly improving the efficiency of warehousing.


3.4 Intelligent management of clothing inventory


The inventory can be carried out by high-frequency handheld device or fixed inventory channel. The appropriate inventory method can be selected according to the cost considerations of the enterprise. High-frequency handheld device inventory is more flexible, while fixed inventory channel is suitable for large-scale inventory operations. RFID technology makes the inventory process more efficient, reduces the investment of manpower and material resources, and improves the accuracy of inventory.


3.5 Accurate execution of outbound management


Delivery operations are carried out according to the customer's delivery date. When the product is out of the warehouse, the number of boxes and other information of the outbound product are read through the RFID identification channel system to ensure accurate and fast shipment. Afterwards, the system automatically prints the shipping list and compares it with the customer order to check whether there are any over-packaging, missing packaging, wrong packaging, etc., and verify the shipping data to ensure the accuracy of each transaction.
