This consultation draft clarifies the standards and access requirements for dynamic and static data of Internet rental bicycles. For example, vehicle location information should be reported based on vehicle status. When the vehicle is locked, the maximum time interval for collecting location information is 4 hours; when the vehicle is running, the maximum time interval for collecting track location information is 2 minutes. Internet rental bicycle operating companies and industry management departments should carry out big data analysis, including parking area setting requirements and parking area vehicle size predictions, rail station tidal characteristics analysis, etc., to provide scientific guidance for the scientific formulation of the total bicycle volume regulation scale and parking area planning. support.

According to the requirements, all vehicles operated by Internet bicycle rental companies in Beijing must be reported and basic vehicle information updated in real time. The industry management department uniformly distributes RFID electronic tags to operating companies. Each vehicle has a unique RFID electronic tag.
