The measurement transportation procedures are as follows:


1. When an empty truck enters the factory, the transport vehicle has an RFID card. The card allows entry into the factory and is released after adding the identification bit.


2. When an empty truck enters the weighbridge measurement area, an RFID Antenna, a barrier gate, and a license plate recognition system are set up in this area. Information is read and written here: the vehicle license plate information, empty truck weight, and the identification bit are written. .


3. The empty truck enters the loading area and loads the goods. Set up an RFID antenna in this area to read and write information: record the vehicle loading time, item information, and write the identification bit.


4. After loading the goods in the loading area, drive towards the weighbridge. There is a gate at the entrance of the weighbridge. Its function is to open the gate when there is no vehicle on the weighbridge and a fully loaded truck enters the weighing waiting area of the weighbridge and meets the opening conditions;


5. Set up an RFID antenna, a barrier gate, and a license plate recognition system at the exit of the weighbridge. After the weighbridge completes the weighing process, the license plate recognition system compares the vehicle license plate with the RFID card to record whether the license plate is correct. If it is correct, adjust the license plate recognition system. The empty weight of the vehicle is calculated by calculating the actual loaded weight of the vehicle. The RFID antenna writes the vehicle weighing information and weighing time. At the same time, the vehicle weighing information is transmitted back to the third-party management system (such as ERP, automatic deduction system, etc.) and Write the identification bit and then open the gate to release.


6. Fully loaded trucks leave the factory through the factory gate. The RFID antenna here reads the vehicle information to determine whether to let it pass.


At present, the RFID used in unattended truck scale weighing systems are all passive RFID products, and the mainstream is ultra-high frequency operating frequency between 900-960MHZ. RFID technology enables long-distance identification without card swiping and unattended operation. When the vehicle is parked on the scale, the weighing software automatically collects vehicle information through the RFID device. The weighing software begins to determine the weighing data until the weighing data is stable. Then capture the photo and save the gross weight or tare weight, capture the photo with the camera and then print the document, release the vehicle, and then start the next vehicle. When a vehicle has a tare weight for the second time, the software automatically calls up the vehicle information collection. After the software determines that the vehicle is stable, it starts to capture tare weight photos, saves the weight, and then combines it with the data from the first gross weight test. Record, calculate the net weight, and print the receipt. In this way, the gross weight, tare weight, and net weight data of the vehicle are saved in the computer, as well as the photos of the gross weight, tare weight, and the driver's card number. The card number and the vehicle number correspond one to one.
