Application of RFID technology in mine transportation scenarios

Mine resources are an important part of an enterprise's operations. It has become an important task for enterprise managers to ensure reasonable and scientific mining of mine resources and ensure safe production measures in mining operations. Generally, transportation vehicles are billed based on the number of times they enter the mine. The previous billing method relied on manual registration, which is error-prone and has low registration efficiency. It will cause unnecessary congestion when there are many vehicles and the traffic is busy. Due to the harsh environment in the mining area, it is difficult for staff to register vehicles outdoors for a long time. RFID technology allows the mine vehicle entry and exit management system to automatically register entry and exit, effectively improving the efficiency of management work. RFID technology is applied in mine transportation scenarios.

A large number of mining vehicles enter and exit the mine every day, which require parking, registration, weighing and other procedures. Operators manually enter the data into the computer, which is not only time-consuming, but also has a high error rate. In addition, it is easy to breed human fraud, which is a problem. Businesses cause massive economic losses. The mine vehicle management system combines RFID technology, electronic truck scale technology, communication technology, automatic control technology, database technology and computer network technology to automatically record the license plate number, weight information, time information, etc. of vehicles equipped with electronic tags entering and exiting, and write The host database can effectively eliminate human errors, prevent over-balance blockage, cheating, etc., ensure the accuracy of original data collection, and reduce economic losses.

At the same time, three monitoring points are set up on the route of transporting ore, which are the loading point, the midway detection point and the unloading point. Each monitoring point has a weighing point. When the vehicle enters the weighing point, the reader is triggered to read the card, and The detailed information of the vehicle is transmitted to the PC, and the tag information is matched to check whether there is any ore loss during the transportation of the vehicle.

The automatic identification technology used in the automobile intelligent weighing management system is a long-range RFID system. The electronic tag (vehicle card) is mounted on the inside of the front windshield of the transport vehicle. The recognition distance of the RFID system is required to be greater than 5m. There are no special requirements for the recognition speed, the data capacity of the tag, and whether the tag can be rewritten. There are no special requirements for functionality. RFID systems are required to have high reliability. The working environment of the equipment usually requires dust protection, temperature and humidity, and is generally implemented in accordance with industrial application standards. It is worth noting that attaching the electronic tag to the inside of the windshield usually reduces the reading distance of the tag, so the influence of the glass substrate must be considered in the design of the electronic tag. In addition, applications generally require anti-tampering functions after label placement.
