Application of RFID technology in clothing industry

1. Label introduction and binding

First, use an UHF card issuing machine to write some important attributes of a single piece of clothing into the corresponding electronic tag, such as name, grade, item number, model, fabric, lining, washing method, execution standard, product number, inspector number, etc. And attach the electronic tag to the clothing. Bind the original barcode and RFID code on the clothes through the binding machine. 2. RFID inbound and outbound management

When passing through the entrance and exit, the label is read from a distance. First, the yellow light is on and it is pending inspection; if the product is correct and the green light is on, it is passable; if the number of products is abnormal, the red light is on and passage is prohibited.

After the store receives the goods, it only needs to be scanned with a handheld device to complete the goods verification.

4. Selling clothes

A desktop card reader is used at the cashier, and the sales status of the clothes changes automatically after the customer purchases the clothes.

5. Commodity theft prevention

When unpaid goods leave the store, an RFID Reader installed on the pillar at the door will automatically trigger an alarm, and the guard will receive the alarm, location and product name as soon as possible.

6. Fitting Statistics

Install an RFID reader in the fitting room to count the fitting rate of each piece of clothing and recommend other styles that are suitable for customers.

7. Store inventory

When taking inventory, you only need to use a handheld device to swipe to complete.
