The Semiconductor Electronic Shelf RFID Reader is a low-frequency RFID reader suitable for semiconductor electronic shelves, with a 134.2kHz operating frequency. It integrates an antenna, amplifier, controller and infrared sensor, and triggers card reading through infrared.

When the FOUP is placed in the shelf storage position, the reader will sense the FOUP through infrared, trigger the antenna to read the Tag data and transmit it to the host computer, so that the production line workers can accurately and quickly find the location of the FOUP on the system side through the PC.
