The new reader system design takes full advantage of the advantages of ISO 18000-3M3 and supports the ISO15693 standard, which is suitable for document tracking, Jewelry tracking File stacking and other multi-label applications.
The reader can operate at a downstream data rate of 424 kHz, which enables "the first high-frequency RFID system to demonstrate operating speeds comparable to UHF systems." For document archiving, chip counting, clothes stacking and laundry management, the device has demonstrated Ultra high performance.
The reader has a separate antenna (expandable to 8 channels, 16 channels or even more through a switch board) and can identify 700 tags per second. It can read at least 100 stacked or overlapping transponders and supports multi-axis antennas for instant motion detection.
The device can be connected via Ethernet, USB or RS232, and has an eight-port digital input and output (IO) interface. The reader/writer comes with an integrated command Library and software development kit (SDK) to provide the underlying DEMO source code.
The purpose of the demonstration software (GUI) design is to make the reader system more conveniently and quickly integrated into RFID applications and reduce the time to market the product.
Compared with the low-frequency 134.2KHz anti-collision ability, the ultra-high frequency 915MHz has insufficient anti-interference ability and environmental adaptability, and the high-frequency 13.56MHz ISO14443 is close to the distance. This product uses 13.56MHz high frequency technology and supports ISO15693 and ISO18000-3M3 standards. It is especially suitable for applications where the reading speed is fast, the number of reads is large, the tag direction is disordered, and the environment is complex.
