RFID warehouse Inventory Management
Use RFID technology for warehouse inventorymanagement,can use UHF technology
The whole system indlude five steps as below:
Step 1:use UHF USB desktop writer to program warehouse carton item information to tags,and also make authorization for tags
Step 2: stick the tags on the cartons or pallets surface for metal cartoncan use anti-metal tag,for plastic or paper cartoncan use
paper label.
Step 3: install UHF integrated reader on the packaging line or forklift sidewhen cartons come to reader location, tags can be
reader.
Step 4: use UHF handheld reader to check inventory on goods shelf
Step 5:install UHF fixed reader connect with four antennas and install at the warehouse gate both side,when cartons pass the gate,tagscan be read.
