1. Product injection molding

According to the production order, the corresponding mold injection products are allocated. The on-site staff uses the ultra-high frequency handheld CL7202K6 to scan the RFID tag on the mold, and records its use time, counts the pass rate of the product in the injection molding, and updates the information to the server through the RFID handheld.


2. Hang up the product

Classify and hang the products after injection molding through the production order, use the UHF handheld to scan the RFID electronic tags of the products, record the hanging product information (model, quantity, hanging time, etc.), and upload it to the server.


3. Product hanging

After the product is hung, it undergoes surface treatment such as electroplating, PVD coating, and plastic spraying, and a gantry and UHF reader are placed at each process node. When the product passes through the gate, the fixed reader automatically recognizes the label information on the hanger and updates it in the background.


4. Product testing

After the product is hung, the staff will check the quality of the product one by one and transfer it to the weekly packing box, make statistics on the pass rate of the product process, and collect the label information of the hanger through the ultra-high frequency handheld device and update it to the background on the server.


5. Product transfer

After passing the inspection, the products are put into turnover boxes according to certain categories, and after collecting product information through RFID handheld terminals, the information is updated in the background.


RFID bathroom mold warehouse management

1. Storage

The UHF channel access control is installed at the entrance of the goods. When the goods enter the warehouse, the UHF channel access control will automatically scan the RFID electronic tags of the goods on the turnover box and upload them to the server; compare them with the storage receipts received on the pre-system. 2. Stacking

Stack the turnover boxes according to certain rules, attach RFID electronic tags to each pallet, and then bind all the turnover boxes on the pallet with the RFID tags of the pallets, so that the information on the pallets and turnover boxes can correspond when stacking.


3. Inventory

The ultra-high frequency handheld terminal first scans the location label and then takes inventory of the goods, uploads the information to the background for information comparison, and the abnormality of the comparison will be displayed on the handheld terminal, and then the staff will check on the spot and update the information to the post Taichung is fine.


4. Out of the warehouse

Same as warehousing, UHF channel access control is installed at the export port.
