RFID MES management system

Since the classification of RFID electronic tags is more scientific and the information is more accurate, the processing, circulation and sorting of parts will be more efficient, while reducing the workload and error rate of manual operations. Therefore, it is imperative to standardize the identification content of RFID electronic tags in mass customization furniture enterprises.

Personalized design, rapid logistics, intelligent production, sales network and product intelligence, and the establishment of a "five-in-one" customized furniture system is an inevitable trend in the development of the industry. However, customized furniture provides personalized design, which will inevitably lead to the diversity and complexity of product styles, which will bring a lot of inconvenience to factory processing management.

The MES management system mainly solves the problem of execution. The processing and production of products is completed through a series of manufacturing processes. The processing of products should ensure the accuracy of time and space, the accuracy of physical form and the consistency of production environment conditions. , which requires the help of RFID technology.

The MES system integrated with RFID technology can manage and control a series of production activities such as production organization, production decision-making, production execution, warehouse management, process management, equipment monitoring, cost accounting and quality management; and provide relevant equipment for operators or managers , materials, customer needs, production progress and other current status information of all resources; can complete the entire process from the initial order to the final order storage, which involves production data collection, drawing File management, production plan formulation and feedback, Task order issuance, order sorting, packaging, warehousing and other processes.

When the order enters the production process, the system will calculate and optimize the delivery date, process characteristics, product type, processing capacity and other information parameters according to the information, and enter them into the RFID electronic tag. In the subsequent processing and production process, by scanning the RFID tag, the product's process, equipment, processing progress, warehousing, and warehousing information are recorded in real time and fed back to the system to achieve workshop control and management.

If we take the common custom-made panel furniture as an example, when the size, color and processing requirements of each panel are different, in order to achieve reasonable classification, precise processing and convenient assembly, the demand for RFID tags is mainly reflected in The following three aspects:

1. Assembly link

For the labels used in the combined assembly process, at least information such as installation instructions, installation Tools, and installation safety warnings shall be included. Then through the RFID tag, it is ensured that the parts can be successfully assembled in the user's home.

2. The production link of mass customization

For the RFID tags used on various boards in the production process, the technical content shall at least include: the combination name of the part (if any), the name of the furniture unit to which the part belongs, the name of the part, the color of the part, the material, and the size and other information. In this way, the circulation and positioning of parts on the entire production line after cutting materials can be realized through RFID tags.

3. Delivery link

When furniture is delivered, a piece of furniture is often disassembled into multiple packages. The packages are stacked and placed, and manual inventory before leaving the factory is time-consuming and error-prone. The quantity and variety of outbound goods can be entered through the UHF RFID channel door, which can solve the problem that after the customer's furniture is packed, it is difficult to check the number of packages, and whether the delivery quantity is consistent with the arrival quantity.

4. Finished products

For finished furniture, information such as furniture name, quality grade, and materials used shall be included at least. Through RFID tags, users can clearly and completely understand all the background information, usage methods and precautions of the assembled furniture products.

The application of MES management system based on RFID technology can solve the conflict between the production planning layer and the production site, and help enterprises to provide customized products and services to customers at low cost, short cycle and high efficiency to the greatest extent. The more scientific and accurate the content classification of RFID electronic tags, the more efficient the processing, circulation, and sorting of parts will be, and the workload and error rate of manual operations will also be reduced.
