Step one: Enter the Store
When entering the store for the first time, users need to turn on their mobile phones, scan the QR code to obtain the electronic entry code (sign data use, privacy protection statement, Alipay deduction agreement, etc.), enter the convenience store through the automatic entrance door.
Or you can conduct identity authentication through an identity authentication system such as a member authentication system or facial recognition. After passing the authentication, the automatic door will open for admission.
After scanning the QR code, the door will open automatically.
Step 2: Select goods
In convenience stores, customers can pick up any product at will, no different from ordinary shopping.
The difference is that each product will have an RFID product tag so that the price of the product can be calculated in the next payment stage.
Step 3: Payment
Integrated settlement desk
After purchasing the product, place the product in the checkout area of the checkout counter, and the product category and unit price will be automatically displayed, and the total price will be calculated. At this time, customers can put unwanted goods into the disposal area. After confirming that the purchased goods are correct, they can make mobile payments by scanning QR codes and other methods.

After the product settlement is completed, it will leave the store through the last inspection area. The detection area is a security area of the store. When customers pass through this area, the system will automatically scan the products on the customer. If there are unsettled goods found, the system will prompt the customer through voice or image. If the customer has settled the goods with them, the automatic door will be opened and the customer will be sent out of the store.
Components of the unmanned convenience store system
Software system
As the brain of the entire system, the software part can be regarded as the core of the unmanned convenience store system. The software system of unmanned convenience stores has the following important components:
1. Commodity settlement and anti-theft system:
(1) After the product enters the store, the corresponding data is written to the tag corresponding to the product through a reading and writing device, and stored in the database to determine the type, quantity, and unit price of the product;
(2) After reading the label information, the settlement desk displays the information of the corresponding product as well as the unit price and total price on the screen to facilitate customer payment. After the customer pays, the corresponding label information is fed back to the database and marked as paid goods.
(3) When a customer brings a product to the inspection area, the system scans the customer, reads the information on the product label, and compares it with the database to confirm whether there are unsettled products. Otherwise, the system will open the door and prompt the customer "such and such product" Unsettled, please return to the settlement area to settle.”
2. Commodity purchase, sale and inventory system:
(1) By comparing the statistics of goods entering the store with the statistics of goods sold, the system automatically generates purchase, sales and inventory reports to facilitate staff to add goods in a timely manner;
(2) Staff regularly use handheld devices to inventory the products in the store to form a statistical data of inventory products, and count the number of reported damaged products through comparison with the purchase and sales system;
Product tag
Each item is tagged with an RFID (commonly known as electronic tag), a non-contact automatic identification technology. It automatically identifies target objects and obtains relevant data through radio frequency signals. The identification work does not require manual intervention and can work in various harsh environments. Similar technology is currently used in magnetic buckles in some libraries and offline stores. It can be said that this is a relatively mature and cheap solution.

(8) It can work around the clock and is not affected by wind, rain, snow, fog and other weather conditions. It is not affected by temperature and does not require lighting.
(9) Ultra-wide working frequency band design, suitable for frequency hopping working mode, has super anti-interference ability, not only complies with relevant industry regulations, but also allows flexible development and application.
(10) Users can customize reading and writing standards and data to make specialized application systems more efficient.
