The use of IoT RFID radio frequency technology can provide 7*24 hours of real-time supervision of alcoholic products, and the use of NFC chips to provide thorough anti-counterfeiting technology can automatically identify and collect timely and accurate RFID logistics tag information in a long-distance non-contact manner, and transmit the information to the background database in real time. Through the NFC mobile phone App, the distance between consumers and manufacturers is shortened, consumption is promoted, sales are increased, counterfeiting is combated, and the reputation of genuine brands is established.
System planning:
Make an NFC anti-counterfeiting electronic tag for each bottle of wine, and assign an RFID logistics tag to each wine box. Initialize the RFID tag from the production and packaging link of the winery workshop, and use the RFID Reader to automatically identify and upload the RFID logistics tag data entering the link to the background database in each monitoring and tracking link. The logistics distribution process uses a handheld RFID reader to complete the receipt and distribution of goods until the retail link. Consumers can use their NFC mobile phones to check the authenticity of products and query the "tracking and tracing" information, so that consumers can buy with confidence and merchants can sell with confidence, completely eliminating counterfeit wine.
The system includes eight parts:
1. Label issuance: Make a unique NFC anti-counterfeiting label for each bottle of wine, and issue an RFID logistics label for each box of wine. The ID of the RFID logistics label can establish a corresponding connection with the product barcode of the existing ERP system, which is convenient for the integration and application of the new RFID system and the old system, avoiding repeated data entry and increasing the workload of personnel.
2. Receiving goods into the warehouse: For the link of receiving goods by forklift pallets, RFID readers can be deployed in the receiving channel to automatically batch identify and collect RFID logistics label information and upload it to the background database. For small batches of goods received by dealers, RFID handheld devices can be used to complete the receipt confirmation and upload the information to the background database.
3. Shipping out of the warehouse: For the link of shipping by forklift pallets, RFID readers can be deployed in the shipping channel to automatically batch identify and collect RFID logistics label information and upload it to the background database. For small batches of goods shipped by dealers, RFID handheld devices can be used to complete the shipping confirmation and upload the information to the background database.
4. Retail shipment: In the terminal retail link, a sales registration process must be made for each bottle of wine (or box of wine) sold.
5. WEB query statistics: Factory managers can query the issuance of RFID tags, query distribution progress, and compile sales reports on the WEB side.
6. Consumers: Consumers can download and install the App software for free, use their own NFC mobile phones to scan anti-counterfeiting labels, check authenticity, and further query traceability information. You can recommend the query results to your circle of friends and forward them to your own WeChat and Weibo and other social platforms. This is a good channel for manufacturers to get closer to consumers.
