However, most farms in my country still use manual inventory to count farmed animals, which not only requires a lot of labor and cost, but also causes low work efficiency and affects the further development and growth of the breeding industry.



Solution system


In order to serve the breeding industry with better RFID technology, we have developed and produced a series of RFID animal ear tag readers. This reader is mainly dedicated to helping farmers achieve automatic and accurate inventory of farmed animals and gain a deeper understanding of farmed animals. and tracking, to understand the situation of farmed animals in real time, and to improve the automation level of breeding management.


Inventory channel installation design


In response to different on-site environments and customer requirements, the RFID ear tag reader currently has the following five different installation methods to choose from to meet the diverse needs of customers and improve inventory efficiency and reading rates:


1. Use a panel-type electronic ear identification reader to be installed on one side of the channel;


2. Use dual-core and dual-antenna electronic ear identification readers to install them on both sides of the channel;


3. Choose a panel-type electronic earmark reader + a door frame-type electronic earmark reader for combined installation;


4. Use dual-core dual-antenna electronic ear identification reader + door frame electronic ear identification reader combination installation;


5. Use a three-dimensional electronic ear tag identifier for all-round installation.


data transmission


In order to cope with the actual usage in different local scenarios, the solution provides a variety of data transmission methods: the RS485 digital communication network that can effectively transmit signals under long-distance conditions and in environments with high electronic noise, the radio technology Bluetooth for short-distance communication, and the use of 4G wireless transmission and wireless WiFi transmission with wide coverage provide a variety of transmission methods for users to upload breeding data, which can effectively deal with poor signals and incomplete coverage in some breeding areas.


System functions


Supports basic functions such as adding and deleting ear tag numbers, importing, exporting, and querying ear tag numbers. In terms of the inventory function, it not only supports regular real-time inventory operations, but also supports scheduled inventory, and sets the equipment, time and rules for automatically starting inventory. When the time is up, the inventory equipment will automatically start counting. No matter where you are, you can also count the animals in the farm regularly every day.


After the inventory is completed, the system will automatically create an inventory record and save each inventory record. Users can view the quantity and time of each inventory count on the system, as well as the specific detailed records of a single inventory count. The system also provides a data analysis function. Customers can select multiple inventory records on their mobile phones for counting and summary, and provide inventory differences and tips.


The system can divide different devices into different groups, which can be grouped freely and can be selected repeatedly, making it convenient to quickly select device groups during inventory.
