RFID smart shelves realize automated information warehousing process

With the rapid development of logistics and warehousing, the construction of automated three-dimensional warehouse systems is becoming more and more extensive and popular. Nowadays, the needs of diversified development of the Logistics industry have formed a trend of intelligence and informatization. The previous management model can no longer cope with the development of modern enterprises and reduces work efficiency. RFID smart shelves realize the automated information warehousing process.

The equipment management system has the function of rapid information collection. It uses fixed readers and antenna arrays fixed on the shelves to collect real-time data from the RFID electronic tags of the equipment on the shelves and transmit it to the platform system. RFID handheld PDA can also collect device information in real time, including name, shelf, manager, etc. The FID shelf management system is widely used in the fields of supply chain and warehousing Logistics Management. It effectively solves the input/output of various business operation data in the supply chain, the control and tracking of business processes, and reduces error rates. It truly realizes warehousing shelf management. Automated and provides timely and accurate information on inventory status, minimizing storage costs.

1. Warehousing operation process

Warehousing preparation: The system's warehousing preparation includes the initialization of system status and data initialization. At this time, the stacker is in the initial state and the ID controller is ready to detect the goods.

Release of warehousing order: Release of warehousing order can be sent to the main controller manually or electronically. The main controller identifies the type of goods based on the information in the warehousing order. At the same time, it also needs to process the detection of feedback from the read-write head. The ID information of the goods is compared. When the goods information is consistent with the warehousing order, the system automatically assigns a location number to the warehousing goods, and the read-write head writes it into the electronic tag.

Warehouse entry: Warehouse entry refers to the transfer of the stacker from the warehouse entrance to the pickup platform. The system assigns a spatial coordinate point to the stacker according to the warehouse number assigned to the goods. At this time, the stacker runs from the initial state to the warehouse entrance, and transfers the goods from the loading platform to the stacker's pickup platform. The next step is to prepare for the shelf.

Inbound shelving: Inbound shelving is the last operation step in the warehouse. The stacker puts the goods on the picking table into the designated storage location. The stacker crane automatically searches for an optimal trajectory based on the spatial coordinate points assigned by the system, and delivers the goods from the entrance to the three-dimensional warehouse.

End of warehousing: After the goods are put on the shelves, the stacker returns to the standby state, and the system updates the location data and completes the corresponding records.

2. Outbound operation process

Outbound preparation: The outbound preparation of the system is similar to the inbound preparation.

Release of the outbound order: The release of the outbound order can be sent to the main controller manually or electronically. The main controller identifies the type of goods based on the information on the outbound order and also needs to process the detection of the read-write head feedback. The ID information of the goods is compared. When the goods information is consistent with the outbound order, the system prepares to outbound.

Outbound entry: After the system confirms the outbound operation, the stacker crane will obtain a certain spatial coordinate point based on the location information determined in the outbound order. Under the operation of the main controller, the stacker will follow the optimal path from the current position to the designated warehouse.

Out-of-warehouse removal: In the warehouse area, the stacker takes the goods from the designated warehouse, and at the same time, the read-write head reads the goods ID information and feeds it back to the main controller. The main controller determines whether the outbound cargo information is consistent with the outbound order information. When the information is confirmed, the pick-up operation is performed and the goods are transported to the outbound port. At the same time, the electronic label system writes the outbound information into the electronic label. Update Stored data.

End of delivery: the stacker returns to the standby state, the system data is updated, and the corresponding records are completed.

RFID technology is applied to shelf management systems to improve warehouse management accuracy, management precision and convenience of operation, to achieve precise inventory management; to improve the accuracy of goods entry, entry, storage and movement to track warehouse goods and prevent goods loss; it is beneficial to Make an ordering plan for purchasing and accurately record the inventory of materials corresponding to the location; warehouse personnel can quickly locate the goods according to the labels and automatically adjust the warehouse positions in the system; during inventory counting, automatic counting is separated from the documents to improve inventory efficiency; effectively distinguish physical objects Inventory and list inventory, effectively manage the time difference between invoices and items, and facilitate warehouse and financial reconciliation.

RFID technology realizes intelligent, scientific and automated management of inventory management. RFID electronic tags are used as information storage carriers and are pasted on Asset equipment to realize information management of asset registration, warehousing, search, inventory, warehouse out, online detection and other work processes. Smart shelves are shelves that use RFID technology to automatically collect and manage assets. In order to optimize inventory, improve ASSET MANAGEMENT efficiency, grasp inventory status in real time, and accurately grasp asset trends. RFID smart shelf management and control identification improves asset management efficiency.
